HOA Board meetings are held every other month. A sign with time and location for meeting is displayed at the entrances to and on the home page under Announcements the week before. All residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Yes. You will also have to fill out and submit an ARB form to the HOA for approval. You can download an ARB form on the Forms and Resources page of this website. Any county government approvals are the homeowners responsibility.
